We will start with a chat around what you may be experiencing and then using kinesiology we can look at nutritional, emotional, structural or energetic blocks. We use simple techniques and tools to restore balance within the body. I am able to tailor sessions depending on your individual needs.

What is Kinesiology ?
Kinesiology uses muscle testing to identify areas of imbalance in the body. Working with the principles of Chinese medicine, kinesiology links various muscle responses to a meridian and related organ, using simple techniques to restore balance.
What can kinesiology help with?
Kinesiology looks at structural, biochemical, emotional and energetic imbalances. It can support with mental health, digestive issues, cognitive function, stress and much more. It can help to identify food sensitivities/ intolerance's, nutritional needs and supplements that may be helpful.
What a session looks like
Kinesiology is carried out on a table fully clothed with shoes off. Physical touch is required through clothing. It is useful to arrive well hydrated, in comfortable clothing with any supplements you may be taking. Sessions are tailored to an individuals needs.

Functional tests can be a useful starting point for long term health conditions or establishing the root cause of symptoms.
These are available with either package at an additional cost. Testing I offer includes Comprehensive Stool Analysis, Organic Acid testing, DUTCH testing and more. Wherever possible we will work with your G.P. for blood testing. Book a call to discuss these further.
